HARDIN, Mont. (CBS/AP) This is the strange story of how American Police Force, a little known company which claims to specialize in training military and security forces overseas, has seemingly taken control of a $27 million, never-used jail, and a rural Montana town's nonexistent police force.
After arriving in this tiny city with three Mercedes SUVs marked with the logo of a police department that has never existed, representatives of the obscure California security company said preparations were under way to take over Hardin's jail, which has no prisoners.

The smell of fascism is stagnating in the air as the refreshing fresh winds of liberty are nowhere to be found...

This has been covered many times here. This looks like a con artist trying to scam the locals.

It could be gearing up for the Gitmo residents.

three Mercedes SUVs marked with the logo of a police department that has never existed...The mark of arrogance, too. Can't wait to find out who's behind this. As in, who's earmarked the money to pay this contract which bought the goodies.

Or it could be a test for the formation of Obama's national security force using foreign mercenaries. Obama is on record as wanting a national police force as strong as our military. What better way to take away America's liberties than to use foreign mercenaries for cheap from second and third-world countries?

All of the Billings news people and Billings in general are against this prison no matter who runs it. Billings does not want a town like Hardin to have it’s property values move up as the Bighorn river that runs through Hardin is their playground and all of the wealthy elites of Billings want to keep the status quo as it is.
Now I am not defending APF but all the news people from Billings are not to be trusted one bit. If they ever decided to do honest exposes on the state of the American natives and the way they treat animals, from livestock to pets then they might have some credibility. Not to mention their horrid treatment of eachother.
Billings news people and politicians can go to hell.

Why would prison guards ride around with "Hardin Police Department" emblems on their patrol cars?
It doesn't pass the logic test.

Shades of "Office Of The President Elect".

The Natives voted for him but the conservative population of farmers, fishermen and lodge owners did not. It is the single reason that our dem govorner and both dem senators do not want to reward Hardin with any commerce. They don’t have to worry about rewarding the natives because like the Chicago blacks they will vote dem no matter what sh!thole they live in.
If APF were a dem donating company this would not even make the news.

This has been covered many times here. This looks like a con artist trying to scam the locals. Here's their website:
http://www.americanpolicegroup.com/contact_american_police_force.html
Here's an excerpt from their web site: Domestic Services Verify facts, such as an individual's place of employment or income, missing persons and background checks, assist attorneys, businesses, and the public with a variety of legal, financial, and personal problems. Determining spouse's committment, etc.
They're operating out of an office building in Santa Ana, Ca. with no suite #. Seems like a big publicity stunt to me.
