11:40 -- Oswego County just came in. All that's left are precincts in St. Lawrence County, which Owens is carrying 55%-40% right now. Unless Hoffman has some huge stash of conservative precincts in St. Lawrence County, its over. --SEAN TRENDE
I was just reading the Watertown Daily News and discovered that the 10,000 number was the number actually sent out. Only 5,800 were returned. With this clarification I’m not feeling very good about the race. I’d say it’s pretty much over. It would take a huge surge with only 14% left to count. I think Owens wins, which is a heck of a lot better than seeing a RINO win it.

Tea Party movement is alive! People that never have been active are afraid of Obama and his movement. The citizens are speaking out about the Obama Administraion and it will effect the course they are on.

Better a loss to Owens than a “win” with Scozzafava, who would give “bi-partisan” cover to leftist bills, and who likely would have switched to the donks to great fanfare at the worst possible moment. NY23 has also done us a great service, in smoking out the leftists, cowards, traitors and true leaders in the national GOP.
