Keep up the prayers and hard work. I, for one, cannot WAIT until tonight to watch the election returns. I love being able to watch Michael Barone and Brit Hume on election nights - I’m not counting any chickens, but tonight feels like a good one.....
FYI
In the unlikely event that the voting machines in your precinct malfunction and are shut down — all Hoffman supporters should request an emergency paper ballot.

I voted no. Number 28 in the polling booth. Low turnout.
Voted in Merrifield VA today (N VA, leans to the left of N Korea, but to the right of Arlington). Turnout has been very light all day (a good sign). When I was there, no one took a dem sample ballot. Big contrast to a year ago — long lines of obvious Obama voters.
FWIW, InTrade has 99% of McDonnell winning, 85% of Hoffman winning, and 55% chance of Christie winning.....
Lower voter turnout usually means good for the GOP. It happened here in Indy. The demorats were so upset with the demorat incumbent candidate that they stayed home.
It happened in the Indy mayoral race.
BTTT
does anyone have any info on early returns, exit polls, etc. on these races??

ewerickson: Looking from the ground like Harmer in CA-10 could be a surprise GOP pick up.

NOW THAT WOULD BE SOME NEWS!
twitter from Major Garrett:
MajoratWH: Coincidence? On Elex Day that may b bleak for Ds, Sen ML Reid says of HC by Christmas: “We’re not going to be bound by any time-lines.”
Results of this election - no Obamacare by Christmas - hmmm.
And which of those up for election in 2010 will vote for the bill and risk a Deeds?
Just voted in the Chantilly/Herndon VA area. My precinct is distinctly BLUE in political makeup.
Turnout looked about right from the number of my ballot, less voters than last year and 2004, about the same as 2005, 2006 (Congressionals) and more than the other years.
BIG difference was in the number of GOP sample ballots both in the hands of people in the polling station and in the big trash can on the way out the door. Just about everyone had a GOP sample ballot, and the trash can was pretty much 2/3rds filled with GOP sample ballots, without a single Dem sample ballot in sight.
California 10th, there were five of us lined up to vote at 7:00 AM, all were Harmer votors.
One of the precinct workers, an obvious Rat freeloader, was very grumpy!
From Pajamas Media:
Exit polling
Virginia
McDonnell 54.5
Deeds 45
New Jersey
Corzine 47
Christie 47
Anyone have an internet connection to Fox? I can’t get my usual one.
Shep says that Fox expects to call the race for Pubbies in VA by DOUBLE DIGITS in a few minutes.
Anything on NY-23 yet?
.
Hope for Change!
10% Reporting in VA — 66% (or so) for ALL (R): Guv, L. Guv and AG.
I suspect Fox will predict a clean sweep when they hit 15% or so.
“Suspense” is over — now, lets watch NJ, NY 23 and that oddball California (that would be FANTASTIC).
