This is a pretty “major” clarification. You are either dead or you are alive. How did they get this one wrong?

According the the KFI afternoon Ken and John show....the Major joined the army at ROTC in Virginia Tech.....received his Psychiatric training (Payed for by the Army)...did consult with a lawyer about trying to avoid deployment to Iraq...and or getting out of his contract with the Army...
