Assuming it ever gets that far, BHO will do whatever is expedient that week.

I would like someone to ask him or Gibbs if Obama would sign Death Sentence authorization if the Fort Hood killer is convicted?

And the military just threw a big monkey wrench into the Kenyan's machine.
It IS a military matter, and zero will be forced to kill a man .... and if zero ISN/T a legitimate citizen?
He becomes a 1st degree murderer .. pre-meditated and all that.
Expect an uptick in the persecution of innocent Americans ... just to take the heat off of the blue dress the faggot wears

He won’t even have to make that decision. By the time Hasan moves through trials and appeals, Obama will have long since been out of office, even with a second term. As the article states, George W. Bush signed a death warrant last year for a crime committed in 1988. And they still haven’t executed that guy.

Perhaps we can drag it out until 2012.

Hassan could be convicted tomorrow and it would be more than 7 years before he exhausts his appeals. It’ll be the next president who signs the death warrant if not the president after that. I think the inmate who has been at Leavenworth’s death row the longest has been there over 20 years.
To: jimbo123
He’s screwed either way. he sign’s off on it. He’ll piss off the Muslim nation (who i could give two $#!*s about) And if he DOESN’T sign off on it, he’ll piss off the rest of America and set a precedent for future attacks.. Some1 go get the popcorn ready.

Besides, a death penalty would make him a martyr.

When presented with that decision, he will prove to all, and forever, whose side he is on.

The Kenyan will never sign a death warrant for a fellow muslim. Muslims are exempt from national health care?
That's not fair!

Males are not subject to the death penalty, only women, cattle and infidels can be stoned and beheaded

The DoD is the ultimate bureaucracy. But Bush did move in the direction of re-initaiting the death penalty.
But yes, I don't see Obama heading that way.
Here's the interesting thing about the death penalty. Right now everyone is up in arms, but in 10 or 20 years when the victims are forgotten, all that remains is a loud screaming culprit that is doing all he can to portray himself as a victim, with bleeding hearts and the ACLU kind in his corner. This man should be executed publicly within this year, but that'll never happen in this country anymore.
