Bwa-hahahahah. All the fools here who think that ANY “blue dog” or ANY “moderate Democrat” exists needs to have their head examined. I said earlier this week that this bill was a done deal, and that all that was being discussed was who would get to opt out so the Dems could substitute Collins or Snow or Graham or McCain.

Big suprise. He’s a RAT, and a stupid one, even by RAT standards.

I only see Leiberman as a hold-out. All the other registered socialists (democrats) will fall in line. I perceive the current hold-outs as just posturing.

If you don't like a bill, why block your own opportunity to amend it? Gee, I don't know. How about taking steps to kill it entirely?

Unlike Blanche Lincoln this backstabbing liar is not up for election this cycle. He is hedging his bets that it will be forgotten by the time he is up again. We must make him pay. This is Nebraska for gods sake!

Not surprised. Hussein and his henchman Rahm Emmanuel haven't been wasting any opportunities to either bribe or blackmail, as the case may be, to get this passed. It's not just a "healthcare" bill, it's a huge expansion of government which will never be overturned once passed. It will give the rats unprecedented powers, and I believe that there are more than a few Republicans who are not averse to that either.
What I'd really love to see is a sincere and determined attempt by some congressman with integrity (I know, a mythical animal) to make Congress be forced to have this same "healthcare" they are foisting on us. Not a token gesture like it usually is, but a real sustained effort, which Congress would be obliged to publicly answer, as to why the "healthcare" they are forcing down our throats (and remember, this isn't really about healthcare, it's about expanding government power) isn't good enough for them.

Of course, they are hell bent on doing this TO the American people. They are building a new base of government workers. America will be just like California, or any of the dependent high tax democrat cities.
If I have this right they plan on collecting huge taxes for 4 yars before any “benefits” take place. If the American people don’t throw them out and repeal well then the deserve what they get, sad to say.

Let all the sellouts names who vote ‘yes’ for this nation killing bill be put on the list of whom our country’s traitors are/were, which includes the likes of Benedict Arnold.

Crap. I could only leave a message when I called earlier. It is hard to get through (phone lines are tied up) but worth the effort to keep calling the list of Senators on Laura Ingraham's website.
They must be getting a flood of calls too. I got a bunch of "circuits are busy" and even had my calls ring through to the wrong office (I checked the number and it was correct on my caller id). Looks like phone lines are melting again.
I also plan of faxing tonight.

Weasel. Liar.Yep. Calls are coming in to radio talk show hosts about this. People are furious. Some, though not all, actually voted for this guy.
I don't think these Washington politicians realize how many democrat voters are fleeing the camp over this death care bill fiasco.

Landrieu, Nelson Win Goodies As Reid Seeks Their Vote On Reform
Brian Beutler | November 20, 2009, 9:27AM
Sen. Mary Landrieu’s state of Louisiana is still ailing years after Hurricane Katrina devastated its largest city. So Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid could be killing two birds with one stone by including in his health care bill $100 million in federal Medicaid aid for any states (aka, Louisiana) that have suffered a natural disaster in the last seven years. That’s much needed help for the poor in Louisiana, and also a sweetener for Landrieu, whose support for health care reform has never been terribly certain.
That appears to be a more justifiable offer from Reid than a separate concession to Sen. Ben Nelson (D-NE), another health-care fence sitter. In a move that appears designed to win Nelson’s initial procedural votes, Reid decided not to include a measure ending anti-trust exemptions for the insurance industry.
