Overall, the Register poll seems to be nothing but good news for Mike Huckabee. But that is not the case, because of Palin's numbers....

Huckabee, is the Same Oh.. Same O... He is just like McCain, in Arkansas, he was the BIG SPENDER...ask anyone from Arkansas..His record is spend, spend, tax tax..just like George W..and his bent on spending. We need something NEW, different Wine Skin, different color, different watchword. Something from the outside..not something that grew up on the inside...

I don’t necessarly support Huck over Palin, or several of the others — but I’d hardly protest his nomination. Huck is a genuinely good man. It is rarely a bad thing to have a good Godly man in a leadership position in this country.
He isn’t as conservative as some of the others — but character counts for a LOT.

The Huckster should run for Senate seat in Arkansas. He should take on Blanche Lincoln in 2010, and just get out of the way for Palin in 2012. The Huckster had his chance, and all he did was pave the way for McCain to get elected in the primaries.

I’m with you...this is nothing but a diversion. The focus needs to be on derailing the Democrats’ “reform” of healthcare, and focusing on the 2010 elections.
