I would like to get something resolved in my mind.

A trusted friend (in the USAF) described "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" (DADT) as an envelope that surrounds military regulation. When Clinton put DADT into place, he was instituting a policy that forbade the application of the regulations against deviant homos and the ability of the military to enforce its rules.

My friend said that removing DADT effectively puts the pre-'93 regulations back at the forefront - and in full force. This means that the removal of DADT brings the military BACK to a position where they CAN ASK and CAN enforce the rules against queers in the military.

So, if this is all true...then does 0bama's removal of DADT actually give the military the ability to enforce its codes OR will the military have to also change its existing rules, codes, and regulations?

I'd appreciate some clarification. Thanks.

>Gates is looking at separate barracks and showers that will be “Gay Only.”

How insensitive to the transgendered, quadsexual, questioning, rosypalms and horned
gerbil seeking others! Are these soldiers left to sleep and shower in torture?

These people have lost their minds.

"This year, I will work with Congress and our military to finally repeal the law that denies gay Americans the right to serve the country they love because of who they are,"

See? Who you are is defined specifically by your vices. Our Dear Leader told us so.

People shouldn’t be surprised Bisexual Berry wants gays to flaunt their lifestyle in the military. He’s a pathetic excuse for a man. It makes me sick to think about Berry and his tutu wearing buddy playing hide the salami in the white house.

The law is the law, unless Congress changes is. But, Democrats don't follow the law. "Executive Order" and judicial fiat rule the day. Who will hold Obama and the Democrats responsible if he orders Gates to change the "policy", and Gates does so?

If you read the news, the gears are already changing. Gates has already ordered a "tolerance" during the "process." What the homosexuals really want is acceptance, applause for what they do, and to force the military members to comply with this deviancy. Moreover, the "hate crimes" regulations to accompany this travesty will be draconian and tyrannical.

Russians are already mocking our military, and Russia Todayhas a cartoon - drawn after the Marines raising the US flag on Iwo Jima - of raising the gay flag.
