Mixed on abortion, he is against the government recognizing any marriage (gay or straight), he thinks it isn’t constitutional (not kidding)

“2400 out of 10,000 in attendance voted. Not an accurate representation at all, IMO.

That would seem to beg the question:

Why if other candidates could be voted for, and were on the agenda, why did they fail to do that?”

As soon as they got the free Escargot and chablis from Mitt, they were out ‘o there! LOL

Patrick Ruffini is tweeting that there are some shenanigans going on with that vote because there is a correlation in those who also voted they approved of the job Obama is doing.

I listened as much as possible to the speakers this week and found them to be pretty conservative

Exactly. They sound conservative while they are trying to get elected. They are not conservative while in office.

Now it makes sense-the crowd was stacked with young Paul-bots. They were the ones, along with GOProud types, that were booing the speaker that condemned CPAC for inviting GOProud. THATS why the speaker singled out the Paul activist and said you are now my enemy.

Any serious, response to #154?

2400 out of 10,000 in attendance voted. Not an accurate representation at all, IMO.

It seems to beg the question:

If you look back in the posts from about 1998 to around 2006, Ron Paul was a huge hero on this site...

That's not true and how would you know that?

That is amusing. We all know Romney busses people in there. He’s praised almost as much as the organizer in the W.H. for his campaigns. Yet these kooks beat him out. LOL

The guy that he called out was the head of a group called YAL, Young Americans for Liberty- a Paul group. They are coordinating to boo, heckle and shout down Beck tonight.

Where does Ron Paul stand on abortion and gay ‘rights’?

Ron Paul is a physician who specialized in OB/GYN and has delivered thousands upon thousands of babies and has refused to give even one abortion; he's against abortion.

Ron Paul is for constitutional rights for everybody as long as NOBODY, including gays, request special rights. Homosexual marriage (if there could be such a thing, definitively), is a states' issue, not a federal one. Therefore, it's not an issue for a presidential candidate. However, as a Lutheran, Paul believes that marriage is between a man and a woman.

Read the posts above .. the 48% student attendance,
Paulites in attendance .. etc. etc.

I think 7600 additional votes might have
changed the outcome .. ust sayin’ ...

Ron and the Paulettes have spammed straw polls before.

It’s what they do.

Thanks for posting that. It needs to be posted everytime someone suggests that we need to change our conservative constitutionalist principles to be “more inclusive.” Reagan would have none of that big tent baloney. That stuff came along with Bush. The GOP needs to go back to standing for principle if it wants to win elections.
