So the cork sucker Dodd takes a sweet deal from a mortgage company and now wants to screw them. What a piece of $hit!

Dodd proposes a consumer watchdog housed within the Federal Reserve, a systemic risk council, new Fed oversight over the largest financial institutions and authority for unwinding large companies, more stringent rules for large banks engaged in certain activities, and hedge fund registration, among other things.

Let's see. A consumer watchdog housed within an agency that refuses to submit to a simple audit. Yes! That's the ticket!!
