McCain’s not my guy, but he’s better at this time for this country than Hayworth. IMO.

Please find another sandbox, get out of this web site, we freepers have had enough of you people, We hate John McCain here, Are you nuts? McCain can't even be compared to JD! JD is a real Conservative. I wish I was in the same room with you, my blood is boiling!

Clark County Nevada Republican Party County Convention Announces Special Guest Speaker - J. D. Hayworth On March 20, 2010

J.D. Hayworth has been a radio and television personality, business management consultant, and public policy advocate. Still, most of Arizona knows J.D. from his time spent in Congress, to which he was elected as part of the Republican Revolution in 1994. While in the House, he built a stellar record as a Consistent Conservative. He maintained an “A” rating from the NRA and a 100% Pro-Life voting record. J.D. also compiled a lifetime rating of 89 from Citizens Against Government Waste and a lifetime rating of 98 from the American Conservative Union.

During his twelve years in the House, J.D. became the first Arizonan to serve on the Ways and Means Committee where he helped write the Bush Tax Cuts of 2001 and 2003. He also was the lead sponsor of the new Education Land Grant Act, which instituted a uniform way for rural school districts to obtain non-environmentally sensitive federal land for school construction, and he helped expand the boundaries of the Walnut Canyon National Monument.

In 2003, J.D. accepted an invitation from residents of Southern Arizona to visit the border and see first hand how illegal immigration and the flow of drugs and violence north across the U.S. border impacted their lives. This eye-opening experience encouraged J.D. to get more involved in the fight against illegal immigration, and within a short while he was a national leader in the effort. He even authored a book, Whatever It Takes, that is widely considered the definitive source on how to combat illegal immigration and improve border security.

After his six terms in Congress, Citizens United named J.D. as its first “Ronald Reagan Fellow.” Hayworth is also a “Paul Harris Fellow” of Rotary International, and an Eagle Scout.

A devoted family man, J.D. is happily married to Mary, and they are blessed with 3 children, Nicole , Hannah, and John Micah. JD graduated cum laude from North Carolina State University in 1980, with a double major in Political Science and Speech-Communication. He attended N.C. State on a football scholarship, and served as Student Body President his senior year. The Hayworth family attends Scottsdale First Assembly Church.

I really think that she will strongly support whoever the primary selects...it’s the only way she can stay engaged. I don’t fault her on her McCain support at this point, if she refused to support the nominee I’d be upset. She’d look like a turncoat and a sore loser if she didn’t support McCain, at least to the uninformed masses. One thing to remember is not everyone is as well informed and aware as people on this site are, and because of that are very susceptible to MSM propaganda. JMHO.

Awful, denigrating, but true.
