Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-NY, and Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-SC, are believed to be on the cusp of introducing a new bill in the Senate on Comprehensive immigration reform.

The Schumer/Graham initiative combines enforcement with earned legal status for immigrants who are out of status or came in illegally.

Washington sources say they are ready to introduce the bill "any day now."

Good Lord, if you are going to make a post at least get your facts straight:
Schumer doesn’t give a $hit what the mood of the public is; he will vote straight progressive no matter what.
The clueless one is Lindsey Graham.
Take a good look at what Graham is touting and send him a letter/wakeup...Schumer is progressive moot!

The only problem these people will have with killing millions is where to stack the bodies.

I now believe this is exactly where this ends. And one only need look so far as their own papers to get there. Incidentally, two years, ago I thought maybe there was a 10 percent chance any of these conspiracy guys had it right. Now I am at 90 percent thinking they are within the bulls eye.

It won't be next week, next month or next year even, but when it's all set up and "functional". They will then begin the work of reducing the population. It aint me saying it, look at what they themselves have said their aims are. o reduce the world's population by 5.5 billion and they aren't going to get there via healthcare rationing and abortions alone.

Durbin told the crowd: "It is time to say to our government -- stop dividing our families."

Read below why the families who peddle drugs together, stay together (sob).

File photo shows exterior of upscale NJ home involved in "OPERATION UNBOUNDED," a DEA-NJ Division joint investigation of a $1 million-per-week cocaine ring, and money laundering organization responsible for the distribution of large quantities of cocaine from sources across the US and other countries to NJ and the surrounding area. This home served as the base of operations and is owned by drug lord Vicente and his wife Chantal Esteves who is charged with money laundering.

From left to right: Hector Rodriguez, 41, Michael Lopez, 36, and Cesar Cabrera-Cepeda, 40, all entered guilty pleas to aiding Vicente Esteves, 37, launder cash proceeds of the drug sales.

Esteves admitted he ran the cocaine ring and was laundering the proceeds to finance a lavish lifestyle for his family that included a million dollar gated suburban home, 100 Rolex watches and expensive shoes for his wife. He now faces up to 25 years in prison.

Esteves implicated several of his alleged co-conspirators as he answered questions about the drug activity he orchestrated in Louisiana, Texas, Florida and Georgia, as well as several counties in New Jersey, all with drugs he imported from the Dominican Republic through an Atlanta receiver.

Rodriguez pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree racketeering, first-degree drug possession and first-degree money laundering as part of a plea agreement. In exchange for his guilty plea, the Prosecutor's Office will recommend he be sentenced to 12 years in state prison with a stipulation he serve a minimum of five years behind bars before he is eligible for parole. "Mr. Rodriguez did what he thought was best for him and his family, in light of the circumstances," defense attorney John Perrone said. "At this point in time, he wants to do his time and move on with his life."

Lopez pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree conspiracy to commit money laundering as part of his plea agreement with the Prosecutor's Office. In exchange for his plea, prosecutors will be asking he be sentenced to time served and a period of one to five years of probation. Cabrera-Cepeda accepted a negotiated plea offer from the Prosecutor's Office. In exchange for his guilty plea to one count of third-degree conspiracy to commit money laundering, prosecutors will ask Cabrera-Cepeda be accepted into pretrial intervention program.

Cabrera-Cepeda is a Dominican Republic national who is legally in the country, but may now face deportation because of his guilty plea. Rodriguez, Lopez and Cabrera-Cepeda — free on bail — were in the courtroom when Esteves entered his guilty plea and answered questions that implicated them. Esteves did not implicate his wife, Chantal, who is charged with conspiracy and money laundering. Chantal Esteves was also in the courtroom to hear her husband plead guilty.

Authorities say Esteves' lawyer Paul Bergrin - in recorded conversations -- solicited an informant to help Esteves in his drug trafficking operation, according to legal papers prepared in support of the prosecutor's argument for no bail.

In those legal papers, authorities say Bergrin has significant contacts in other countries, including the Dominican Republic, Japan and Costa Rica, and they say, based on information they have received from someone, he has five false passports.

Bergrin is now charged with racketeering and racketeering conspiracy, wire fraud and wire fraud conspiracy, murder of a federal witness, and conspiracy to murder a federal witness and, separately, witnesses in a state case, as well as Travel Act violations and conspiracy to commit Travel Act violations.

A US government report says Mexican criminal organizations have more than doubled heroin production in a year and have cemented their grip as the predominant wholesale suppliers of illicit drugs in the United States. The National Drug Threat Assessment concluded that Mexican groups were the only drug trafficking enterprises operating in every region of the United States. Over and above the millions who violate our borders, 1.5 million legal foreign workers come to the US each year, as a matter of course.

But this number isn’t high enough for Dem Cong Gutierrez and his 92 co-sponsors. Their Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill includes a provision called “recapture” that will add up all the supposedly “unused” work visas since 1992 and issue them immediately.

This is a complete fraud, as all unused work visas are rolled over to the family reunification category the next year as it is.

Gutierrez' Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill will create 100,000 visas from countries that send the most illegal immigrants every year. According to the State Department, this will mean 550,000 new foreign workers.

AND GET THIS Mexico is the staging area for Third World and other illegals preparing to violate our borders. The Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill rewards Mexico b/c they calculatedly promote illegal immigration.

Gutierrez' bill will make it much easier for more illegal aliens to break in. Under the Bill, to prove they have jobs and were in the country BEFORE Congress passed amnesty, illegals are allowed to use stolen ID's, fake green cards, and fraudulent SS numbers....... without fear of prosecution.

Mexico facilitates the profitable staging area for global illegals to cross the border. Contrary to Obama’s claim that CIR bill will increase border security, it does just the opposite.........

<> it guts successful enforcement measures,

<>limits raids on illegal immigrants,

<> prohibits use of troops on the border,

<> replaces E-Verify used to ensure employers hire legal American workers,

<> overturns all state and local US laws that crackdown on illegal immigration,

<> abolishes 287(g) that allows local L/E and federal authorities to apprehend criminal illegals.

Gutierrez makes Van Jones look like a patriot.

No recall for any member of Congress: it’s not in the Constitution, and they are not required to follow any state recall provisions. And you must remeber too that most in SC think Lindsey is conservative because Strom thought so.

Sicko Durbin figures he’ll get Dumbo votes nailed down by aligning himself, and Dumbos, with illegal agitators.

How wrong he is.

It is interesting the more they shove this down America’s throat, the lower the figure becomes.

The official number was 20 million now it’s half that.

Don’t forget to toss in their families and other “relatives” who get to come and receive “their” benefits.

Obama wold love this. He’s not the first black President. He’s the first third world marxist president.

earned legal status for immigrants who are out of status or came in illegally.

Can we HOPE that just being able to wink out of one eye or both eyes won't be the litmus test to 'earn' that CHANGE in immigration status! Not that only a blind man would doubt that whatever the test, it's an automatic PASS by October, 2012!

Graham is Graham, but since his party is not in power, the fact that the Dem majority decides to pursue this unpopular immigration reform will not hurt the GOP. What’s surprising to me is that Schumer would put Obama and the rest of his party on the spot. You’d have thunk he would at least wait until after the election.

NO AMNESTY, not now- not ever!!

If amnesty is ok for those that flaunted our immigration laws, then we just need to throw out all of our laws. No need for bank robbers or theives to be “out of compliance” either.

Our laws either have meaning or they don’t.

Gotta hand it to Schumer. He is clueless when it comes to reading the mood of the public.

Not a bit. He doesn't care.

Tom Baugh writes: "You're being lied to. By everyone on both sides of the political aisle. By everyone on both sides of the political aisle. Liberals tell us that Obama's socialism will bring a glorious new era. Conservatives tell us that it won't, but we just need to vote Republican to solve the problem. And they all claim to believe that the current system can be salvaged. Don't kid yourself. The system can't go on much longer. But by reading this book, you can be prepared."

And Harry Reid - who can't be bothered to talk to his constituents - told them at their "rally" that this bill will be rammed through just like the Health Care bill.

He is clueless when it comes to reading the mood of the public.

Nope. Schumer's core NYC constituency is so far to the left, it makes Pelosi's look like Republicans! He is playing them like a little violin. They are descendents of the old NYS Bolsheviks of the 1930's ... and proud of it!

I see you are from Florida. You ought to know that many of Schumer's people are voting in NY State and Florida, doing their best to ruin two states.
