Huckabee Likens Gay Marriage To Incest, Polygamy

Possible 2012 GOP Contender Also Slams Adoptions By Gays

Mike Huckabee, a possible Republican presidential candidate in 2012, says the effort to allow gays and lesbians to marry is comparable to legalizing incest, polygamy and drug use.

Huckabee also told college journalists last week that gay couples should not be permitted to adopt. "Children are not puppies," he said.

Huckabee visited The College of New Jersey in Ewing, N.J., last Wednesday to speak to the Student Government Association. He also was interviewed by a campus news magazine, The Perspective, which published an article on Friday.

And Palin won’t set off your preacher phobia, will she?

I won't vote for him, but Huck's 100% right on this one. Homosexuality is a disgusting, immoral, vile, dangerous and destructive lifestyle choice that should not be rewarded by allowing those who practice it to marry or adopt.

To those Libertarians who say it's a social issue, not a political issue, I say since when are social issues not political issues?

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!

Um, yeah.......we’ve already had two Southern Baptists as presidents in the past 50 years. I think we all learned that was two too many. Thanks anyway, Mikey. Go have another milkshake.

There is no doubt Sarah Palin is light years better than any one on the long list right now. And I'd vote for her in a heart beat.

Preaching is what Huckabee does did and does best. How does that equate to having a phobia against preachers, FGS?

Huckleberry never explained why marijuana was not considered a disaster in the USA until well into the 20th century, and stronger items until the turn of the century. Placing this on a plane with incest and polygamy is silly.

I just get the impression most people against Huckabee have an issue with him having been a preacher. And since you mentioned he should go back to preaching. I thought that might have been the issue with you.

He’s a broken clock and all that, but the real question that needs to be answered...

Have the gop howls of indignant, all inclusive outrage started yet?

Huckabee has his priorities screwed up. I agree with him though

So, you take one slanted report of one comment in gotcha journalism and egg it on, then?

What happen today? Your dog bite you?

Now that is a truism

He says things in a way that makes one feel there is a noose around another man’s liberty

The world according to Huckbebee

Is it just me or does Huckabee look like he just walked off the “Andy of Mayberry” TV show

He is Goober and Gomer's other brother.

Funny that this is “news.” He is only saying what everyone knows to be true — even liberals, if they were honest.

The illusion that the homosexual lifestyle is a normal way of living has been successfully propagated by promoting a “victim” image for homosexual persons, and by the pseudo-science alleging a ‘gay” gene.

Of the reports alleging, or promising soon down the road, a “gay” gene, not a single one has survived scientific peer review. There is no “gay” gene.

On the other hand, the evidence does show that homosexual persons are indeed victims — but overwhelmingly of their own behavior, not that of others.

Typical homosexual behavior includes regular contact with fecal matter from oneself and from sexual partners, tragically reversing several centuries of learning about cleanliness, and thus several centuries of growing lifespan. Homosexual behavior makes no more sense than playing in the toilet.

All available evidence indicates that the lifespan of practicing homosexual persons is drastically shortened by their behavior. No reliable study indicates otherwise. The lifespan topic is taboo among homosexual advocates because the evidence is so damaging to their case.

For me it's the Headlines in our local Newspaper wrt Janet Huckabee yesterday and Mike Huckabee today.

It turns out both Huckabees have renounced their Arkansas residency for tax-free Florida.

They are no longer legal Residents of their home state, Arkansas. And are registered voters in the State of Florida.

That was a slap in the face to Arkansans. Like the Clintons, they've seen greener pastures.

Huckabee sings praises about Marco Rubio. Remember, Rubio endorsed Huckabee in 2008. Will Rubio endorse Huckabee again in 2012.
