The Crashers: They came, they saw, they failed

You were ready for the Tea Party saboteurs. And boy, did they fail epically. Saul Alinsky would be ashamed.

Grass-roots activists smoked out the infiltrators — and tagged them immediately.

In Colorado Springs a large group of Tea Partiers surrounded some “infiltrators” and chanted “USA USA USA” and the idiots were drounded out and left.

Chanting “U S A” must have been like holding a cross up to a vampire to them.

Another thing is to travel in groups with folks you know and coordinate with other known groups, who do the same. Group leaders count heads among the true tea-partiers and identify the “outliers.” (The folks who show up but no one knows.) Engage these folks in friendly conversation. (Hi! I’m ... Nice to meet you! And who are you? What brought you out? ) If they play ball, probably a good egg. If not, watch your six!

Yep. Actually I also suggested that about a week ago. That the announcers from the podium clearly and loudly ask - in the pre-event phase as folks arrive - everyone in the crowd to turn to one another and greet each other and get to know a little bit about each other. Someone with a terse face who avoids contact could be outed pretty easily this way. The highly mobile, rapid response team with the “Not with Us!”, or “Not with Stupid”, or “Infiltrator here” signs are brilliant. There should be about one or two of these for every estimated 100 people showing up in the future, and all connected by mobile communications (ear head sets / transceivers) and go immediately to the scene of ANY distruptor. Eventually the enemy will just tire of this nonsense, and they will also know that the Mass Media cannot report anything negative on the Tea Party, that it is backfiring on them.

NYC: Had a battle royal with NYPD to get the lefties out.

When I first got there, I saw police ejecting a woman with a sign that said "How can you pull yourself up by your bootstraps if you have no boots?"

So when I saw a little crew of lefty attention whores enter the area where I was standing, I asked the cops to remove them. Their answer? "We ask them to leave, but if they refuse and they're not causing any trouble, we let them stay."

Wrong!

I went through four or five more cops, all giving me the same stock answer, before I was directed to the guy in the white shirt (lieutenant). The cops surrounding him wouldn't let me talk to him directly, but one volunteered to give him the message. I said, "The message is that you are abridging our free-speech rights by allowing the opposite point of view to appear at our demonstration."

So the cops go and surround these people, with cameras going all around them. The lefties had even brought their own cameraman. It took about 15 minutes but they finally marched the trespassers out of there, with everyone clapping and cheering. My guess is that someone called a higher-up, but maybe not.

The sign said "Abortion is health care, and health care is a right."

Ironically, the woman was wearing a red T-shirt that said "Education Lifeguard" on the back.

Later I saw what was probably a real infiltrator, not just an invading lefty. He had a large, very clear sign on a stick, facing the traffic, that said, "Defenestration, not Nationalization." I think he was banking on the fact that no one would know what "defenestration" meant. I asked him to put the sign down, as it was giving the demonstration a bad image. He was very clever. He said, "This refers to the Czech Republic." I said, "Jan Masaryk?" He said, "No, it happened in the seventeenth century. Some people were pushed out windows and fell in a pile of manure, so no one was hurt." ??????

I couldn't get him to put the sign down, and was reluctant to go back to the cops after being so aggressive about the pro-abort lefties. After a little while, I noticed that the sign was down, but I wonder how many people saw it and thought we were advocating assassination, or whether any media people took pictures of it.

The sad part of this is that no one else was confronting either the lefty group or the guy with sign. The crowd did not seem to be an Internet-type crowd--mostly radio people--so they were not that aware of the infiltration problem.

Sarah, did you see the video on that page? If not it’s worth the few seconds...it’s a commercial FOR the tea party...they did a really great job...TV intermission worthy as you will see.

We had one Tea Party crasher. I kept a blank sign, and when I saw him, I wrote:

LIBERAL IDIOT ----->

And stood next to him. Good fun!

“Defenestration” is foreign enough to American politics to be viewed figuratively. Wouldn’t we all want to toss all the Rats and most of the Rinos out a window, figuratively speaking, and it would be fine to us if they landed on feather pillows as long as they stayed out. But the explanation was bizarre. These lefties haven’t even passed Infiltration 101.

Well, I see on Wikipedia that his story has a basis in history.

But more to the point, the media will certainly bother to check out what it means, if they saw the sign, and it does mean to throw someone out a window to their death, literally. There is no figurative meaning, really, like there is with "decapitate." It could conceivably be used in a clever way by an original writer, but that does not mean it has a figurative meaning.

I could just picture myself trying to explain all of this to the cops, so I gave up.

The lib media would doubtless gasp in horror, and a few million people would learn new word about a foreign revolutionary practice. If asked about it a week hence, half those people would say that means to kick the politicians down a flight of stairs or some such rot.

Do you honestly think this would happen, with the media in charge of the spin?

“To throw out a window” is a common American idiom for being rid of something undesirable without reference to the fate of what was thrown out the window (except that it does not return).

The same reason it would be hard to explain to the police (”look! this rabble rouser is using a fancy word for throwing politicians out of a window, and when it was done in other lands it actually was done with real windows in order to kill the politicians”) would be the reason why it wouldn’t make much of a dent in the public view. The more the media screamed, the stupider it would look.

I disagree. I have never heard or read it used that way. I think this guy was an infiltrator. I was there. I met him. He did not strike me as "one of us."

One day I bought a bottle of iced tea that was not vacuum-sealed. The top just twisted right off without a click. I brought it back to the store and tried to explain to the employee, whose English was minimal, why I was returning it. He kept saying, "Just put it back in the case and I'll give you your money back." That's sort of how I feel right now. Good night.

I’m sure his intent was malicious and he was better gone. I just think the subtleties of throwing rubbish or politicians out windows would be lost on the average US voter. Googling “out the window” (with quotes) claims over 300 million hits. Nite.

Looks like the party crashers turned out to be bigger idiots then I thought..morons...

When lefties see racists and morons at the Tea Parties, it is pure projection.
