Good News - Larry has been reinstated as a Sergeant, USMC!!
Bad News - He's still being held in Leavenworth WITHOUT CHARGES - isn't this unconstitutional?
The Govt has until May 22 to make a decision, so Larry is being held until 5/22/2010.

Wonderful news!
I really think that the country’s disgust with Obozo and Holder and their “man made disasters” rhetoric, KSM NY city “trial”, etc..is reframing the country’s opinion of the Left’s trying to attack our military!
Even such movements as the Tea Parties pro-military aspect...all this can not but help to effect such outcomes.
