The significance of which, is that he has never done that.

Needed work, but short term.
No reporter will ask about the census hires at risk of being ostracized.

Likely, he’s going to trumpet the 600,000 census workers as 600,000 new jobs. Kick the can down the road. Make no mistake, this economy is a house of cards.

Employment is not the goal. Obama has planted a reporter to ask about Thursday's momentary 1000 pt drop in the DJIA. He will take the opportunity to bash the markets and push for the Finance Reform Bill.

Wrong. It’s lollipops. Census worker hiring.. But Obama nor the news media will let that “secret trick” out.
He will tout all the jobs created, and leave out the fact they are more census workers whose jobs are over in July.
I have already seen them, don’t remember where, and they aren’t good. 120,000 fed. jobs is the only gain. Still over 400,000 new files for unemployment.
