I haven't got time for another one of them crisees. I stocked up in Y2K and been throw out rotten (BLEEP) ever since, then again recently I had to buy more ammunition over some danged "scare" I can't even recall (Oh! I remember!! The state was gonna release all them inmates that are already runnin the danged asylums!!!)

Federal, State and Local Governments are the only growth industry in sight and they're about to blow up with over $500 BILLION in promised pension obligations in CalPers, alone!!!

Yet these same governmental regulatory agencies mandate that I pay for and pass a course that is nothing but a forced indoctrination in what they call "ethics!" The thrust of the course is that the regulators lawyers have repealed "Caveat Emptor" and replaced it with "Let The Seller Beware" and memorize all the excruciating penalties they can asses if you are EVER caught out of compliance with their new doctrine!!!

But I pay up and trudge along under this cloud of suspicion knowing I'm not innocent until proven guilty because they just KNOW that I'll screw somebody every chance I get without their potentially fierce scruitiny.

I better be careful because I just don't have the resources, other than my increasingly expensive professional liability insurance that does me no good with regulators anyways.

But I better not protest too much, lest I raise suspicions to a unnecessarily higher level. The rest of the ancient asiatic curse that starts "May you live in interesting times," concludes with, "and come to the attention of powerful people!"
