she has special nutritional needs, was premature, has not been gaining weight, called Failure to Thrive. I do not think wife is stable enough to see she gets fed properly.

I feel for you brother. My late wife had a period of mental instability where she did essentially the same thing. Fortunately she came to her senses and came back but it was a very long day full of worries for both her and my child.

Hang in there. You'll have the whole country looking for her (and the GPS certainly doesn't hurt). They'll find her.

(BTW, While I'm pretty sure you're on the up and up, if you are really scamming everyone and have been mistreating your wife or the child, may you roast in hell (quickly). Men who do that make it many times harder for us good guys to get a fair deal)

Some fathers actually love their children.

And what makes you assume a mother is any more capable of parenting than a father? This one, for example, just violated a court order and thrust her child into a fugitive life style and/or a long wrenching legal battle.

Yes, that’s the order we are going for in the next hour. full custody for me, restraining order against wife and order will allow tracking of vehicle by BMW and cell phone also.

Parenting them by myself is better than any picnic. It's been over three years of heaven.
I have no social life, but I don't care. My Sons come first.

Too often it is thought the ‘woman is always right, the man is always wrong’. That is a BIG BS. What is wrong with this mother? If what we have been told on this thread is correct, the mother is likely the one who is screwed up and possibly unfit.

Another point - mother is 56, she was 54 when this daughter was born. Quite possibly not a planned conception. This situation could very well make her a mental case.

Good on you!!! And social life is over-rated. I'm divorced, no kids, and still prefer no social life outside of some neighbors and a few friends. I put my energy into learning to play the acoustic guitar on my back porch. If I had kids they'd be learning music along with me. Wish I had a kid. Keep up the good work and fathering.

In many cases I have seen it was because the mother was unfit, i.e. drug and/or lifestyle issues.
