The author had to take a stab at Catholics.
Although I took it as he was being sarcastic.
I mentioned to a young man the other day who was hispanic and wearing some sports jacket with a name on the front (his home country/town or race I dont know) and on the back he had the Virgen Mary or as better known to hispanics as OUr Lady of Guadalupe.
So I commented on it...Hey you have the Blessed Mother on your back..
LOL He got real tough guy with me (a old chick) and said THIS IS MY CULTURE where I am from.
I said yeah but you have the blessed Mother on your back.
Oh he said calming down now The Lady of Guadalupe?
Yes She is Our Blessed Mother.
Totally off guard now and mumbles oh I dont know about that part.
