Well, he could simply sign an executive order, but that would lay the blame directly at the so and so’s feet...and right now he seems to be trying to avoid that, but I have no doubt that he will do it if that's the only way he can get their stinkin votes....as for Congress, he is managing to make Congress irrelevant...they aren't doing their job anyway.....since when can they just shrug and say “sorry,we're not making out a budget now”....and they are getting by with it...my mind is spinning with all that those Chicago Thugs ...with the help of the criminal, treasonous Congress that we've got.are getting by with....the whole bunch should have been brought up before the courts months ago, and that guy in the white house right along with them.
