I hope you are right. My head is exploding on a daily basis with this bunch. As I see it 2010 is our only hope.
I thought the House and Senate bring forth articles of impeachment. What is the procedure?
White man’s guilt.
For example, when Clinton pardoned Marc Rich, that pardon wouldn't extend to any tax law or criminal violations AFTER the pardon.

clinton was impeached(first time an elected POTUS ever was) but the senate did not remove him.
He wasn’t removed from office. The impeachment did nothing as his own party stood by him and he remained popular in the polls. HE still is seen as a God by the left and the media. They helped to rehabilitate him. You tell me if that would have ever happened to a Pube?
I think the plan is to refuse to deport anyone
thus making all the illegals kinda legal
and letting them all stay

How would one even introduce a resolution in the House? It would just be thrown from the hopper. The American people voted for tyranny on Nov. 4, 2008, and I think they are going to get tyranny.

Gee, do you think I did not know he was not removed? Yeah, there were a few who proved spineless when the vote came (or afraid of Gore running the country into the ground).

Congress would have no "impeachment" authority/capabilities if Obama was found to have never been "properly (legally) elected."
You do not have to believe like the LamStreamMedia and their fixation to the "birther" question - change the question to properly reflect "Is Obama in conformance with the US Constitution and MEET ALL the requirements required of the Office of The President of the USA?"
If he is not, then (legally - in accordance with the Constitution) you would have authority to "just" remove him from the White House and proceed with legal proceedings to vast to list.

I still fault GW for his unbelievably stupid march to amnesty and “these are jobs Americans won’t do.”, trying to get us all to believe that all illegals just want to work hard. These guys want to kill us, jsut like that poor AZ rancher.
