Fox News' Bill O'Reilly is warning that if President Barack Obama ever bypasses Congress and uses his pardon power to make millions of illegal aliens citizens, he could face serious calls for his impeachment.
“If President Obama were to sign an executive order giving illegal aliens amnesty, his career would be over and an impeachment movement would explode,” O'Reilly said Friday night on his “Talking Points” segment during his top-rated Fox show.
At the same time, O'Reilly said he did not believe reports that the Obama administration would grant such a blanket amnesty.
Fox News, however, reported this week: “The Obama administration has been holding behind-the-scenes talks to determine whether the Department of Homeland Security can unilaterally grant legal status on a mass basis to illegal immigrants, a former Bush administration official who spoke with at least three people involved in those talks told FoxNews.com.”

Reports that the Obama administration is weighing ways to circumvent Congress have Republicans worried. On Monday, eight Republican senators sent the president a letter saying they are concerned that he will grant unilateral amnesty to America's illegal immigrant population if his efforts to overhaul current U.S. policy fails in Congress.
The letter called on Obama to abandon any attempt to "unilaterally extend either deferred action or parole to millions of illegal aliens in the United States. Such a move would further erode the American public's confidence in the federal government and its commitment to securing the borders and enforcing the laws already on the books."

Obama isn’t going to face crapola. The media will help him along like they did Clinton if the pubes try anything. Obama will do the rest of his damage up till December. By that time it will be too late for anyone to stop him and his destruction of the USA.
If he does it a hand full of republicans, who are proponents of civil rights, will sign off on it.
And every DemoTraitor Domestic Enemy in his admin and especially at the DoJ, that is part of the Treason deserves hanging.
Other than that Bill agreed with Obama on everything else and believes that Obama is just looking out for the folks.

While I agree that the “Jacka$$ in the White House” must be impeached for what he is doing, I don’t think Nancy and Harry feel inclined to do so.
I cannot believe how much tripe has been coming from him lately. He certainly hasn't represent the “folks” I know as if late.

Actually, O’Reilly is once again showing his ignorance of the Constitution. While the POTUS can pardon people for crimes, the POTUS cannot declare anyone to be a citizen.
While I hope the next House will impeach him for his failure to enforce our laws and while I hope the Senate will remove him from office, I ain’t gonna hold my breath.
Bullshit! obama can do as he pleases. Impeachment is the least of his worries. And if you believe that the Republican Party will take control ofone or both Houses of Congress in November, forget that. In October the Democrats will run a media blitz with ads that state the Republicans will end your unemployment checks. By 2012 the illegals will be voting Democratic.
O’Rielly has recently, since Obama was elected, embraced the populist angle on his Fox News program. I think he is scared to be the man he was before Obama. He is afraid of the word ‘racist’ being applied to him. That whole Levit Town, white guilt, bugaboo is following him.
He is not the guy we knew from 1997 until 20 Jan 2009.
I have pretty much given up on him. I only catch glimpses of his program now. Dennis Miller, Krauthammer, Dick Morris, and the culture quiz (I always best the Ducey/Callum).

By the way, you do not need the Senate to impeach, and Harry may not be around anyway.

Maybe I missed the memo, but since when has the Department of Homeland Security had the legal ability to grant pardons or change ones legal status ???
