We have tried the government stimulus route for more than a year. It has turned out to be an abject failure.

Krugman's answer is pretty easy to predict:

1) Not long enough time.
2) Not enough money.
3) Not the correct Commissars.
4) You are a doody-head.

(OK, I made the last one up. But I bet he uses it in his next column anyway!)

Krugman is a psychopath.

A brilliant psychopath, but still evil/crazy.

The key to understanding Krugman is to realize that he hates America and Americans. The more hot coals he can help heap onto the heads of Americans, the happier he is. So of course, he insists that the solution to all your problems is to shoot yourself in the head and die. And if he can make money while doing it, so much the better.

Krugman is mentally outmatched by even a basset hound.

Krugman exemplifies precisely what is wrong with America. We are being ruled by the idiot savant elites and there are too many drones willing to give their support to this self destructive anti-nationalist movement.

You must admit Krugman has this one set up pretty well. He knows very tough times are coming. He urges massive stimulus, knowing it won’t happen. When the tough times continue, he continues to write that the problem is lack of govt spending. If some stimulus is passed, it won’t be “enough”, explaining away the failure of said stimulus.

The only thing that could go wrong for him would be a quick recovery. Even he knows that won’t happen.

New York Times columnist Paul Krugman argues in his op-ed column on Friday, entitled “Myths of Austerity,” that there is no rational case for fiscal austerity in today’s global economic climate:

Oh really?

Krugman, who as James Taranto of the Wall St. Journal reminds us almost daily, was an Enron adviser, is today’s most vocal proponent of the discredited Keynesian School of Economics.

The Austrian School of Economic Theory is much closer to how the world works.

Undoubtedly, many of you have seen this, but if you managed to miss it, this is quite instructive (by the way, this is the work of some very credible economists):
