Unfortunately she won’t be free from the immigration bureaucrats and her parents’ Muslim-paid lawyers who likely will challenge her immigration status and could ask that she be sent back to her Islamic homeland where as an apostate a horrible fate would await her.

Yes, but two can play that game.

The story at the link has been substantially revised from the original posted article. patriot preacher is correct in saying not to take reports in the MSM at face value. Partial new material:

Gatterdam also took exception to Rifqa’s parents’ attorney’s claim that she went to a faith-healing event in Youngstown and then quit chemotherapy. He said the girl went to a “prayer conference” shortly after her diagnosis and then had “multiple surgeries and chemotherapy.” He said the treatments made her very weak and sick.

Not surprising....

Er, MY apologies... Pardon the unintended appearance of arrogance!

Not surprising that they revised the story!

I knew what you meant but couldn’t resist a tweak...

When I went to the link I saw right away that the article had been rewritten and said something completely different rendering most of the posts moot. An interesting discussion, however.

“The court will have nothing more to say to her or about her.”

Yes, they will. She is not here legally and unless they grant her asylum or a visa or something to allow her to stay she will be sent back to her home country.

Praise Jesus for Rifqa’s healing. I have been one of the many praying for this.

I was referring to the family court that has jurisdiction over her because she’s a minor.

That is completely damn different than the story we were first presented with.

If they feel comfortable omiting certain facts in the first, I wonder what they left out now?

The first story left it at she possibly still had cancer and made no mention of her continuing to monitor her health with doctors.

Good for her and the right decision.

My Mom stopped her therapy after it was absolutely through 3 opinions, her cancer was gone.

She goes to to the doctor every six to eight weeks.

Then I misunderstood, I thought you meant she would be completely free from any further legal issues.
