Your pink slip is on the way.
That is the fear that is probably driving Ed Schultz completely over the edge. And Big Ed probably insured the likelihood of that outcome when he recently threatened to go postal and torch MSNBC when that network neglected to promote his abysmally rated show on an election night.
Brian Maloney at the Radio Equalizer has recorded the Schultz dementia from his radio show as he pathetically makes the case for the "success" of his failing MSNBC Big Ed show. The full transcript is below the fold but first an excerpt from his demonic rant which demonstrates why the MSNBC suits, for safety sake, might want to pass Ed through a metal detector whenever he enters their studio:
And you have no idea, in my bones, in my very soul! In my heart! I want to kick Fox's ass! I want to drive them into the ground! I want to spike the ball! I want to kick 'em in the teeth on the way back to the huddle! And then I want to turn around and lift my leg on 'em! Because that's all they're worth!

*Who is Ed Schultz? Didnt he write a comic strip or something?*
Schultz is famous for his tagline:
“I KNOW NOTHING!”
;-)
Typical cogent Leftist argument.
Could it be an act to attract viewers who want to watch him go berserk?
According to TVNewser, Schultz’s ratings in the 6 pm slot are less than half those of “Special Report w/Bret Baier.” Ed should thank God that CNN still has Wolf Blitzer on the air against him; otherwise, he wouldn’t attract 100,000 viewers on any given night.
Program Date | 25-54 Demo | Total Audience |
---|---|---|
Schultz most recent | Mon, July 27 | 121,000 501,000 |
Schultz premiere | Mon, Apr 6 | 247,000 725,000 |
Schusters final | Mon, Apr 6 | 153,000 579,000 |
Maybe they’ll dump Capus too. He hired that fool and all the rest of that trash on that network.
See my post #37. Less than 1/3 is more like it...
*In the case of Schultz, it would be so effortless on Rush’s part that it would be hard even for “ditto-heads” to watch, since we’re obviously far more compassionate than Not-So-Steady Eddie’s angry mob.*
Rush could phone it in while he’s playing 4 games of chess and building a ship in a bottle to make it more fair.
Schultz is a loser, MSNBC knows it and the ratinngs prove it. I ca’t wait to see who they choose to replace him.
*Special Ed.*
HeeHee!
He gets his own parking spot to park his short bus in.
They're likely waiting on the November election results to see what wingnut, moonbat from Congress will be most likely to fill the vacancy. Either that or Ron Paul.
I'm sure a bed bug infestation is a horrible thing, but this form of extermination seems a little extreme to me.
*I love how these liberal “tough” guys want to harm Fox or Republicans, but they want to bend over for Islamic terrorists. *
Why, he’s almost as tough as Neville Chamberlain
To quote a great movie: “Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, Ed.”
I wanted to see how far down they had fallen from the days of when they had a monkey, J. Fred Muggs, on with Dave Garroway and Jack Lescoulie.
She came on with the biggest smile and utmost perkiness as she proudly announced in a "Here Comes The Cavalry" moment: "Look out Rush Limbaugh, here comes competition and his name is Ed Schulz!"
Of course, this was after Mario Cuomo, Lowell Weicker and Michael Dukakis had all bitten the dust as THE answer to Rush Limbaugh on progressive talk radio.
Oh, BTW, how's that Air America thing working for the leftards?
Anyone who doesn’t understand that there ar tens of thousands of Ed Schultzes already working for Obozo hasn’t been watching history.
No, Ed’s the one who shot and killed his own dog while hunting.
Wait until the Comcast takeover is completed and you'll see the guards walking all of those clowns out the door.
I know several senior execs at Comcast, and I'm not saying they are hard core rightys, I will say they are 100% profit over a lefty bent.
lol
