The only way Joe can be found guilty is if they put him in front of an all hispanic jury...now if they do that ....he can do the OJ cry that he is entitled to a jury of HIS peers .

Where are our senators?

McCain is putting the old "gang of 14" back together again when he wins reelection. They'll hold C-span hearings and craft a harshly worded Sense of the Senate non-binding resolution warning of a possible bi-partisan censure.

Not to worry...help is on the way.

Sheriff Joe’s reply should be as such:

“You’re either with us, or you’re with the Cartel.”

“Sheriff Joe should reply with a single word.”

Actually he should reply with two words, and they are not Happy Birthday!

Didn’t the OJ jury include 9 or 10 African-Americans? Arpaio should demand a jury with at least 9 Italian-Americans.

Let’s see if I can get this straight.....the Justice Dept. has filed a civil rights suit against the brave AZ sheriff. That I understand (don’t agree with)...but, how does that jive with their refusal to sue the New Black Panther Party for their violation of the civil rights of voters in Nov 2008 by threatening them if they didn’t plan to vote for Obama. Does this make sense??? Sure says to me that race makes a difference to Holder.

having English-only policies in his jails that discriminate against people with limited English skills.

Well, I guess you don't break the law if you can't understand English.

Break the law in Mexico and see if they provide English speaking law enforcement to help you. That is if you live long enough to break the law in Mexico.

Oh, this is going to be popular.

A show trial orchestrated by Holder and King Hussein against a man trying to enforce the law. And this after the Holder/Hussein Justice Dept. dropped the prosecution of the New Black Panther Party and the USS Cole bomber.

You have to hand it to Hussein/Holder. They go where no rational politician would go. Only saboteurs committed to running this republic into the ground would act as they do. Let the evidence speak for itself.

Thomas Perez: Obama Appointee Sees U.S. As Land of Discrimination ...

From 1998 to 1999, Perez returned to the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division as Deputy Assistant Attorney General. In this role, he helped establish the Worker Exploitation Task Force, which sought to improve the working conditions of illegal aliens. Moreover, he worked to eliminate the disproportionate assignment of black and Hispanic students to special-education programs; to increase the number of such students in “gifted and talented” programs; to prosecute federal civil-rights cases involving police misconduct and hate crimes; and to eliminate racial profiling by law-enforcement.

Also during his tenure with the Clinton DOJ, Perez volunteered for – and later (from 1995-2002) became a board member of – Casa de Maryland, a George Soros-funded advocacy group for illegal aliens.

From February 1999 until the end of the Clinton administration, Perez served as director of the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), where he was Secretary Donna Shalala’s principal adviser on civil-rights issues. During Perez’s tenure there, OCR played a major role in HHS’s “Initiative to Eliminate Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Health.”

Thomas Perez - who is Hispanic.

BYRON YORK IN THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER: Perez is pursuing his goals with a lot of muscle, powered by a major appropriations increase in President Obama’s 2010 budget. “I am going to be calling each and every one of you to recruit you, because we’ve got 102 new positions in our budget,” Perez told the liberal lawyers last year. “One hundred and two people, when added to a base of 715 people. … that’s a real opportunity to make a difference.”

YORK: Perez is playing a leading role in the Justice Department’s lawsuit against Arizona’s new immigration law. He is promising a huge increase in prosecution of alleged hate crimes. He vows to use “disparate impact theory” to pursue discrimination cases where there is no intent to discriminate but a difference in results, such as in test scores or mortgage lending, that Perez wants to change. He is even considering a crackdown on Web sites on the theory that the Internet is a “public accommodation” as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

To do all this, Perez has come up with some novel ideas. For example, in a recent lending discrimination case, he forced the defendant — who settled the case without admitting any wrongdoing — to pay not only the alleged victims but to funnel $1 million to unrelated “qualified organizations” to conduct social programs.

And people still have this cult following for Sarah Palin, even as she helps send back John McCain, who is no supporter of Arpaio and border security...a pro-American Senator would be working to stop the harrassment of Arpaio.

Good luck to America’s Sheriff...and you can bet he is more willing to stand up to Hispanic and Black Racists
