The fact that poverty rate is increasing so drastically should speak to how hugely Obozo’s economic policies are failing.

On the other side of the coin, Boortz reminded his listeners today that the "uber-rich" that Obama loves to demonize don't pay INCOME taxes anyway because they live off of other sources of money. And if you don't claim a certain amount on your income tax form, you are considered in poverty.
