The musical debuted in Germany back in January [2]:
Barack Obama and his dramatic ascent to power has inspired a raft of books and articles. Now a German musical is set to pay an all-singing, all-dancing tribute to the world’s most powerful man. Hope! will soon premiere in Frankfurt.
Wearing a knitted cardigan and crooning into his microphone, Barack Obama paces around the stage, wooing Michelle with a love song. In another number, now clad in a suit, Jimmie Wilson who plays Obama, struts up and down, clasping his mike and leading a euphoric gospel chorus of “Yes We Can.”

I like the scene where Hillary struts up and down in her orange pantsuit with “Inmate” written across the back singing that big hit from “Carousel”, “My Boy Bill”. I think that’s going to be in the American version of this thing.

Rumor has it the scene where they meet is recreated complete with Michelle clubbing Obama on the head and dragging him back to her cave. They then make mad wookie love!

My first thought.
Are they kidding? Is this soemthing from the Onion? A musical about Obama. How deranged are these people?
The thought of that will haunt me for years.
