I’d seen unbiased stories to the effect that a certificate of live birth is insufficient for a passport application. Does anyone know if that’s true? If it is.......then how does BO travel around so much?

Now if they look for one under the name * Steve Dunham * that was a registered birth out of state, they might find something.

As long as the government (including the Governor) of the state of Hawaii continues to vouch for Obama’s birth in that state, there’s really not much that can be done.

Obama’s birth was registered with the state of Hawaii on August 7, 1961.

The state of Hawaii released Index Data for 1961 which can be purchased from the state for twenty-five cents per page.
That data lists the birth of a male child named Barack Hussein Obama II.

You don't even need a birth certificate if you produce secondary evidence that you are an American citizen and it convinces the government that you are.

Secondary Evidence of U.S. Citizenship

Your question is a good segue that Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah) is not even a US citizen. Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro had to cross out Obama's name from her 1968 passport application after an attempt to get him a US passport. She either had a moment of honesty and/or she did not have the proof (or a good scam) to back up her claim that Obama was a US Citizen in 1968 as an addition to her passport application.

Here is part of the passport declaration Ann Dunham Soetoro read and heeded.

The passport statement says:

"I have not (and no other person including in the passport or documentation has), since acquiring United States Citizenship, been naturalized as a citizen of a foreign state; take an oath or made an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state...."

It is clearly apparent Barack Hussein Obama was not a US citizen by the actions of his own mother, which shows on her passport application. The Stanley Ann Soetoro passport applications came way of a court order to compel the U.S. State Department to comply with a FOIA request.

Another piece of information that many fail to realize is that in the birth certificate cases, all that is needed is for the case to be heard. This case will be over in the "Discovery" phase. Before a trial starts, both sides are required by the court to put all their cards on the table to avoid "trial by ambush." The judge orders all evidence to be presented by both sides. Since this case is about discovering documents that are hidden, the case will be decided by court-ordered presentation of all relevant records. Lawyers in birth certificate cases don't need to win a trial; they only need to get a trial.
