... four of the chief monsters of [the Khmer Rouge] who for some reason have been walking around alive all this time [since the 1970's] have just been indicted by a tribunal in Cambodia for genocide and an impressive menu of other atrocities. So I decided to have a quick look at how the legacy press was writing about this event.
What quickly became clear, was that unless you happened to be one of those odd people who have already noticed the connection between communism, mass death and widespread suffering, the accounts in the big name, mainstream media would do almost nothing to help you notice that relationship.
And, of course, nowhere is it frankly stated that wherever implemented, communism kills.
Heres a little table of what I observed:

It is no wonder that the young voted in such large numbers for Obama, and missed all the danger signs. Had they read all that reporting quoted above, what would have alerted them to Obamas association with an ideology of poverty and murder? What would even have alerted them to the fact that there is an ideology of poverty and murder out there at all?

That communism is the common denominator of most of the mass murder of the 20th century is the big open secret of our time.
Leftists have to be called to account. It's a moral imperative.
Boy are these indictments going to PO Noam Chomsky. William Ayres as well. I wonder if O will offer them refuge?

The same can be said about the ongoing
mass media buddies system to hold fast remaining granite hard in their refusal to acknowledge that the atrocities committed by Islamists have anything to do with the fact that they are ISLAMIC!
Islam: The root cause of Islamist terror
See a pattern, Bolshevik Revolution, Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, Khmer Rouge... ...now Islam all around the world: Thailand, India, Chechnya, Afghanistan, Kashmir, Somalia, Nigeria, North Africa, Egypt, Arabia, Pakistan, Ethiopia and Eritrea, Bangladesh Turkey, Lebanon, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cyprus, Gaza this is a global war which the MSM has once again sided with those against America and The West because they believe there is profit in promoting it.
I remember when Cambodia fell to the commies, justa after South Vietnam fell, there were candle light processions on California campuses supporting the Khmer Rouge.
They should all be indicted as co-conspiritors.
Yes, that has been going on since before WWII
Ask Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn (author of The Gulag Archipelago). Ask survivors of The Holodomor "death by hunger" caused by Stalin. (2.6-10 million deaths) And yes, ask the survivors of The Killing Fields (2 Million Deaths at the hands of Pol Pot). Certainly, Communism Kills and kills the spirit and will of the survivors.
That’s a big 10-4 good buddy.
You nailed it.
Amen to that.
Yes, that has been going on since before WWIIAnd they have to be called to account.
Yep, it is long over due. For those crimes there is no appropriate punishment known to man. But God will have one.
If we kept these people they would kill the nation, he said. I have feelings for both the nation and the individual, but I clearly distinguish between them. If we must choose one or the other, I choose the nation. The individual I cast aside.

Such coldness only comes from the mind of a Commie or a criminally insane person.
That is the key thing that 99% of the world misses. The extraordinary coldness of the left.
People are generally misled, confused really, by the altruistic slogans -- and thus fail to read the motives and mindset behind the actions.
The same goes for the fans and supporters of such people. Hearts of ice. A lot of cuddly kumbayah talk, but in practice colder than the barren north pole.
Yes, and there is only 1 type of “good” Commie.
Every high school kid should be required to watch “The Killing Fields” -Roland Joffe’
At the very least....
Gee, only forty years later
Yes, I’ve seen that photo. Chilling.
I’m sort of amazed that the Khmer Rouge weren’t rounded up after they lost power, and killed to the last man.
But perhaps the Cambodians had had their fill of death.
