I could not believe that they actually went after poor Terry Schiavo again. That was so sad.

However, the end was handled differently: Brian was understood to just be Brian, that's who he is, and Rush was revealed to be a soaring Eagle flying high over his protectorate of America, and it takes a little memory to remember who Brian is: A Marxist dog agitator, that spends his life complaining about the free food, and trying to bugger Lois, the wife of his meal ticket. Yep, that's Brian.

The eagle ending was good.

Heard it on Rush. Didn’t like it at all. The “Jew” comment was awful.

What little of it I watched last night was not quite the usual filth it is. Most times the “baby” is mouthing obscene outlandish, disgusting dialogue - uh, make that ALL the characters mouthing obscene outlandish, disgusting dialogue.

First time I ever watched. I have no interest in seeing it again, but I wonder if any liberals changed their minds about Rush.

Me too; me too; I doubt it.

Yeah, I thought that was unnecessary. Right after that fiasco, I remember South Park doing an episode on Terri Schiavo that I thought was really funny and accurate. Everybody involved except Terri got skewered, particularly Michael.

If I am ever in a vegetative state...please dont show me in that condition on national tv.

He was right, for the wrong reasons. And we were right, for the wrong reasons.

I don’t have TV but on a lark I went to Hulu and searched Family guy. Would you believe they had that episode. It was hilarious. I loved the way they effectively made fun of both sides.

Good way of putting it. Technically, Michael might have been right in the legal sense, but he was so creepy one had to start thinking he might have contributed to her condition. As for her family, I started to lose some sympathy for them when they brought in Jesse Jackson.

They skewered both sides, and the end where Brian and Rush trade insults was hysterical. Having Stan Smith from American Dad at the end had me crying!

Rush’s appearance was very big of him. He had to know he was walking into the Lion’s den, and he made light of it and really shined through. I didn’t get to listen to his show yesterday, but I hope he talked about the experience.

If I had to guess, I’d say he added some new listeners from that episode, if for no other reason than to listen to his reaction to the show.

Bravo, Rush! Bravo!

I think you’re analysis is the best so far. I think some people on our side go out of their way to find things that offend them and almost enjoy being offended. In some instances, we should be offended by some of the things Hollywood libs do and say, other times I think it’s a self-righteous victim complex.

If they actually watched the episode, the first five minutes is nothing but poking fun at how liberals spout off at the mouth without doing any research. The only thing that I can think of that turned them off is when Lois came into the living room to announce that Rush would be at the mall and Brian said something along the lines of, “Rush Limbaugh set back the dialogue in this country by 100 years.”

Sure Seth McFarlane and the gang are unrepentant liberals, but they can poke fun at themselves once in a while to throw us a bone. I’m sure the same could be said about the South Park guys.

With South Park, if anything, they probably bash the left a tad more than the right. I once heard one their creators say they hate conservatives but really hate liberals.
