Our brave men and women are risking their lives to fight for our freedoms, our constitution and our right to vote. They should be given highest priority to get their votes in.

Erie, where Paladino is from? Westchester, where DioGuardi is from? This is election tampering. Where is the FEC?

“County Boards of Elections have reported to our office that UOCAVA ballots have been transmitted to voters within their respective jurisdictions except in the City of New York, and the following counties: Erie, Niagara, Putnam and Westchester.” Erie country went HEAVILY Paladino in the primaries and Buffalo is in that county and has a decent sized population.
Niagara county is right next door and it wouldn't surprise me if IT went for Paladino as well.
Two very strategic countries to neglect the ballots for.
