"What does PPT stand for?"

Plunge Protection team - the government stepping in and manipulating the market so that true market forces aren't allowed to result in too large of changes in too short a period of time

or something like that...

What does PPT stand for?

It's a favorite acronym used by conspiracy theorists. There is no PPT.

Probably from Obozo saying he is going to raise taxes on the employers.

There was a time I could trade the news , and make some really good money , but the way the markets are these days forget it ....a bad economic report can come out and the markets will still find a top....

I think it is an archaic acronym for pre plenipotentiary tariffs that are still popular in some places

There is no PPT according to your articles. There is a Working Group on Financial Markets, and there are specific, rarely attained triggers when members of the group would take action. That’s why when people cite something called the PPT being responsible for relatively minor day to day market movements, they are being conspiracy theorists.

I couldn't find any post-Apocalyptic images of Reno.

Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

Actually Reno is already fairly post apocalyptic already.
