Don’t know how to explain the time difference. There are TWO provisions in the Stimulus bill that handcuff/fine/jail doctors that don’t practice according to gov’t regs. 1st offense $100G, 2nd offense JAIL. NO doctor who honors his Hippocratic Oath will want to practice under this kind of regime.
