These marxists think that all businesses have a ton of money just lying around that they earned by exploiting poor proletarians, and they have their eyes on it.

They have never had a business in their miserable maggot-infested pot-smoking lives. They have always lived off the public trough.

actually hope they can’t repeal this section before the end of the lame duck session, and the repeal is blocked by the most partisan underhandness possible.

At this point, the faster and more intensively repressed the American people become will result in the faster and more widely supported renunciation of Washington DC’s ball and chain of risk based debt and parabolic interest payments upon the future generations of this country.

Let us suffer under a thousand papercuts of bureaucracy in every facet of our fiat monetary transaction life, so that when the IRS is viewed as the enemy of liberty and the will of the people by the vast majority of the country, those who stand up to dismantle the Federal taxation enforcement bureaucracy will have a deep well of support across the entire land.

Baucus was the guy who boasted after the healthcare bill was signed that it was really about wealth redistribution.

Figured it had to be Baucus who proudly stated at one time he hadn’t read the bill but I believe took credit for writing it??? At this rate, maybe we can get rid of it a piece at a time until it is no more. As each revelation becomes known, there is no other way!

“”Repeal the Rest of that Obamanation too!””

Can we repeal obama while we’re at it?

Hey Max, you might also want to get rid of the “sales tax” on home sales while you’re about it. And oh, you might also want to consider being sober the next time you speak before your chamber!

“”The problem here for the obamatons in the Congress, they used the charade of the 1099 to create many billions of taxes. Take it out of the law, and their rational for the law being not as expensive as it is goes away.””

It will be fun to see how they handle it! They wanted to begin the collecting of these before most provisions of the bill were to go into effect to prove they could pay for it. I wondered at the time, how many IRS employees they would have to hire to police this. All business income is already accounted for in a company’s (owner’s) books and thus tax returns. How to weed out millions of new 1099’s to make sure each business recorded the income from X, Y, and Z? WOW! I guess it would take a real smart federal employee (are there any other kind) to figure that one out -AS IF!

“”you might also want to get rid of the “sales tax” on home sales while you’re about it””

There are way too many of these to keep track of. I guess that was the purpose behind the madness to begin with.

How about that - two sentences and both end in prepositions?!!

Thanks for posting this. Yesterday I ran across an article (did not save it) which stated the page # where this provision appears in the bill. Of course, I can’t find the article now and spent a good portion of today looking for it. Does anyone have the page number handy?

I got so tired of looking at/calling/writing/emailing objections to that bill at the time, that I finally threw it out recently - by that I mean I recycled the paper in my printer so it’s long gone now. I can’t bear the thought of bringing it back up and going through it all over again.

I have maintained for some time the RATS put that in the bill so they could later look like good guys as they remove it. What a bunch of posers.

I guess I’m confused. Is that provision in the healthcare bill or the stimulus bill?

Odd that the link you posted has today’s date on it yet mentions a listening session in April 2009 for the committee/commission - whatever!!! They were just appointed to meet the provisions of the bill but they met a year and a half ago?
