Just reached 25,300 with my signature!! Thanks so much for this thread, I didn’t know about this particular petition. I was honored in September to have the opportunity to hand-deliver a letter to Rep. Kenny Marchant (TX-24) requesting his assitance on behalf of Lt. Behenna. Praying Michael receives the justice he deserves and that the Behenna family will be together again soon.

If you would, please also pray for Rep. Marchant, who recently underwent double bypass surgery. He’s one of the good ones and we need him healthy and ready dig in when Congress reconvenes in January.

The Dec 2nd Appelate preliminary presentation has ended and according to a message sent to Joyce Kaufman of WFTL radio 850 AM, it went well and they believe they were given all the time they needed to present evidence.

The Dec 9th hearing will take place in DC. Please join the Behenna Family if you are so lead, at the hearing. Address is on the http:www.defendmichael website.

Thanks for the information update, HC! Wish I could be there in DC on the 9th. Can't but will be there in thoughts and prayers for Michael.

Couldn’t find the street address at the site. Even googling, found only its history/processes, etc, but not a street address? Maybe I’m just dense, but would like to find the court if my calendar gets clear that morning.

Michael’s long awaited Appellate Argument has finally been scheduled. It will take place on December 9, 2010 at 10am before the Army Court of Appeals in Washington DC. We eagerly await for Michael’s case to be reviewed by this higher court and are anxious to hear what we believe will be a reversal of the injustice that was done to Michael. If you are in the Washington DC area on this day you are welcome to attend.
