Exactly right. If those two knotheads thought they weren't going to get called on their add-ons, they deserve the pounding they got. They could have sent two other Senators out there who didn't have any pork issues.

The problem is that in TX so many of the Republicans are basically on the left, but the voters don’t know that. Therefore conservatives vote for them, and liberals criticize them even though they often deliver the liberal goodies.
