I wouldn’t follow 0bama into K-Mart, much less battle.
My questions is what is the “or else!” bit. Russia is very keen on this treaty being passed without any alteration, even to the supposedly non-binding preamble (if it is non-binding, then why fight for it to remain in the treaty?).
Puitn, at least has his nation’s interests at heart.

Obama cannot even control his elitist,American hating wife who regularly disses him and rapes American taxpayers with her outrageous cost expenditures like flying to Hawaii at additional taxpayer expense rather then wait for her useless incompetent husband to take care of the people’s business which he was elected to do!!! If one literally follows them both, then it would theoretically be possible to simultaneously reduce by exactly TWO, the number of significant problems facing the world...
