At what point does compassion for a human being enter in to the equation?

I saved my compassion for the children who burned alive in front of their parents due to Ryans corruption.

If I were King this entire discussion would be moot. In my world the penalty for political corruption would be being skinned alive and then boiled in oil....on Pay Per View.

But I do have a 'compassionate' solution to this issue. Roll the old lady into the prison hospital and let her spend her remaining time with her convict husband by her side.

That way everyone's a winner.

See how compassionate I am?

Agree completely. Ryan whines and moans but he’s never admitted most of his guilt or acted contrite, despite the death and injury his corruption caused. Anyone who thinks he crimes are victimless need to do their homework.

OK, compassionate leave was granted, now back to prison to serve the rest of his term like any other citizen.

Jim Thompson, one of the former IL governors who hasn’t gone to jail, is pissed today that Patrick Fitzgerald made this visit public. Why? Because he’s afraid it will affect his bid to get the crook Ryan out on bail. Boo freakin’ hoo.

Most people here in IL want Ryan to serve his full term. We are his victims.

“I saved my compassion for the children who burned alive in front of their parents due to Ryans corruption.”

Can you elaborate?

Truthfully? No, I don’t...
