Here is what Sarah Palin said on the Facebook page where she depicted Gabrielle Giffords in the cross hairs of a rifle scope: "Don't retreat! Instead - RELOAD!"
Well, the guy who shot Giffords yesterday managed to keep firing until he killed six, including a child, and wounded 13 .
Palin would no doubt say that she was only speaking in metaphor, that she only meant her followers should work to unseat Giffords and 19 other Democrats who had roused her ire by voting for health care.
But anyone with any sense at all knows that violent language can incite actual violence, that metaphor can incite murder. At the very least, Palin added to a climate of violence.

The shooter was an insane person, pure and simple and anyone trying to politicize this should be ashamed of themselves.

It wasn’t a “cross hairs” and only moron, non-gun owning liberals who have no idea about such matters keep screaming about it.
Given the level of topographic maps that Gov. Palin has most likely read (since she was the Governor of ALASKA!!!) the Principal Point marker to designate a “targeted” area to be located for a survey would be the common symbol to mark on a map.

He is trying his hardest to make this into a blame game, his journalistic (sheesh I know good journo’s and he is not one of them) “attempts” to create an emotional inflamation and tie it into anything Republican or tea party are nothing short of snail trail height.
When they started talking of “evil guns” and his guest started to bring about facts that did not match up with what the producers wanted (the guest was going to difuse the statement) they cut to a commercial to kill the momentum...
OPh and did we love seeing Gerinoldo cut to his “breaking news” that the Senator was responsive... not like they had not been talking about that for the last 2 hours.... huim and his production team need to take a step back and look at at least Trying to hide their Dem badges....

This scumbag is holding Palin responsible for mass murder. But Daly is not only a scumbag, he’s dumbass - he’s inviting exposure of the many calls to violence made by the Left chronicled by Glenn Beck and others.
