Rep. Gabrielle Giffords’ official YouTube account is subscribed to her suspected shooter’s, though it’s unclear when this occurred, who did the subscribing, or why.

On YouTube if you subscribe to someone’s channel, you are “notified of new videos from this channel.”

Currently Giffords’ channel is subscribed to suspected shooter Jared Lee Loughner’s page, though it could very well be that this occurred since the shooting, not before. Her page’s only other subscription is to Rep. Ike Skelton’s channel.

I doubt it, this guy was a flunkie and diptard and hardly capable of hacking a Congressperson's Youtube account. She had to have added this herself for some very strange reason.

Why would you subscribe to it after? no other update on youtube had been entered. Very strange. Took a look at the subscribers and they too are very strange Terrorist and Nazikiller to name a few.

It looks as if someone else logged into her account. Look at the last time the account was accessed. 17 hours ago??
I think that is probably normal, I can't imagine a Congress critter is actually spending time playing on YT...my 2 cents

Maybe she, or more likely, her secretary, got some kind of missive from him that was a little freaky, so she went to his youtube channel. I do not know why she would subscribe though, but I guess it could be in error while she was seeing what this freak was about?

Good catch. Somebody on Giffords staff probably did this to monitor Loughner’s youtube site. I think the mystery is solved.

I find it hard to believe that her staff would hook this up after what happened.

But then I find it hard to believe that she herself would make the connection before the attack!

There are no easy explanations here.

But I definitely get the feeling this is more than just a story about some nut-job fruit-loops glue sniffing dude who went off the deep end...
