Surprise surprise...I guess a dog must have eaten Obama’s birth certificate. Obama has spent millions to seal or purge records of his past even stuff as as mundane as school records. There has to be some reason why anyone would go to such lengths to hide their past.

Obama knows that his birth certificate can be released under a subpoena, at any time. A congressional subpoena by the new House majority could have done it on January 3rd. And thus far, the Republicans are afraid to touch it.

They won't touch it nor the SC. So what can we do? Make the states require it.

So how about we all write our Congressmen and tell them not to give any Federal Funds to the State of Hawaii as it is corrupt and covering up the ineligibility of Obama. Request they defund Hawaii and request to be notified of any bills that give funds to Hawaii. Ask them to defund Hawaii like Acorn. Both RICO organizations.

If that doesn't work, then we all threaten to quit work and/or paying taxes until this issue is decided. We have the power over Congress with out votes and our tax dollars. If no one has standing to take the eligibility cases to court, where does the Federal Government get the right to tax us? Government by the people for the people of the people. If those in office won't do their job we have to do ours. Set a date certain for all of Obama’s records to be released or we go on strike, stop work call in sick (mental stress), close business doors etc. This is utterly ridiculous and we are the laughing stock of the world. Time to take action.

Didn’t one of the states pass a law that said that anyone running for office had to present Proof of elegibility to the state to be placed on their ballot....so that all who run in the future have to submit the proper paperwork.

A Republican Committee Chairperson can issue a congressional subpoena for it and if constituents and national conservatives apply enough political pressure, that just might happen.
Obama will use a short form COLB if the states require it.
The short form contains the information that Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution requires.
If any state requires ONLY a long form, that state law would stay tied up in the Courts for years, all the way to the Supreme Court as a violation of the “full faith and credit” clause of the Constitution: what any state says is valid, all the other states and the feds must accept.

That was Arizona and it didn’t pass their state Senate. Coincidentally, Obama himself signed an Arizona state form saying that he is “a natural born citizen of the United States” in order to get on the ballot. That form could be used to charge him with fraud if he is not a natural born citizen. Unfortunately, Arizona has a brand new Republican Attorney General.
Pressure should be put on him (Tom Horne) to launch a grand jury investigation and subpoena Obama’s birth records.
