I like Sarah Palin and she is good thing for the conservative cause and don’t fry me for sayinging this but Palin is probably not going to run in 2012. Its a good thing she needs to help out in other ways. There are other candidates that are not so polarizing that have a real chance at getting elected. Michelle Bachmann is a lot better candidate than Sarah Palin. She just is. Sorry. And I’m a mega conservative and a tea partier.

No need to apologize for your opinion. I love Sarah but I do think she’s quite effective doing what she’s doing. If she runs, that’s great, I’ll be over the moon! If she doesn’t run, then I’d bet she has another plan.

Either way I’m happy just to have her fighting for us.

And I suppose you think that Obama's wrecking crew and the MSM will be much nicer to those "other candidates" than Sarah Palin?

And BTW, shy do YOU think Sarah is "polarizing?" The whole "polarizing" mantra is another big lie ginned up by Team Obama and spread around by his MSM lackies.

Well GG... we are going to sort that question out in the debates... that is how it is done. We are not the dim party and we do not give our leaders a coronation... so let's get ready to rumble and may the best “woman” win... because there are no real Conservative Alpha Male men running... as of now... but we have two great Alpha Male WOMEN that might! I mean that with the highest of honor.

I too am a "mega conservative and a tea partier" and I share your enthusiasm for Bachmann but before you pat yourself on the back for being such a "realist" I have to point out the obvious to you: House Reps have an extremely difficult road to the Presidency.

Has it ever been done? Certainly not in modern times.

Obama. Senator.
Bush II. Governor.
Clinton. Governor.
Bush I. VP.
Reagan. Governor.
Carter. Governor.
Nixon. VP.
Johnson. Senator.
Kennedy. Senator.
Eisenhower. General.
Truman. VP.
Roosevelt (FDR). Governor.
Hoover. Sec Commerce.
Coolidge. Governor.
Harding. Senator.
Wilson. Governor.
Taft. Governor-General of the Philippines
Roosevelt (Teddy). Governor.

And that's it for Presidents elected in the 20th and 21st centuries. Not a single House Rep among them.

So yes, I like Bachmann... BUT...
