Virginia Democratic Rep. Jim Moran is blaming his party's losses last November in large part on voters who "don't want to be governed by an African-American."
The comments were made following President Obama's State of the Union speech Tuesday during an interview with Arab network Alhurra.

Isn’t Jim Moran the member of Congress that was carjacked by a kid with a finger gun a few years back? If memory serves me correctly, he called the cops on a six year old kid that pointed a finger gun at him. He called it a carjacking attempt.
I figure this smear has just about the same credibility.

They voted for him two years ago because they wanted to be ruled by an African/American.

(CNSNews.com) - Republican congressional candidate Demaris Miller on Wednesday called on her opponent, Virginia Democratic Congressman James Moran, to examine his own personal conduct and apologize to the family of an 8-year-old African-American boy whom Moran has accused of attempting to carjack his automobile.
"This is yet another incident in a long history of alleged violence against Jim Moran. This over 6-foot-tall, 200 pound congressman has a history of bar brawls, physical assaults, threats and intimidations when he believes he has been challenged (by someone) in any way," Miller said.
