Unfortunately, he’s laready tried to defend his amnesty plan on Rush’s show. Rush was too courteous to hammer him. I would have.

Can't say I blame him.

He was good on National Security...and that's about it.

I will make the controversial comment that I see little moral difference between the Bush haters on the Left and the Right.

Bush was one of our greatest Presidents in history and did a tremendous amount of damage to the global America hate machine.

He also demonstrated a fiscally viable approach to the budget.

And yes I have been down both of these alleys and survived the verbal knife fights.

The Ron Pauls who are taking over our foreign policy and conceding dozens of nations to gather into ever greater reservoirs of anti American hate are absurd.

I think it’s the Bush Family safe house.

Which is exactly what former Presidents egomaniacs have been doing until Carter and Clinton decided they were above 200 plus years of precedence.

The coddling liberal mentality raises incompetent fools who think they are smarter and better than everybody else.

No surprise. His father didn’t even campaign for him.

Why not go back to the civilian life, raise goats, serve burgers at a Mickey D’s, write Visual Basic programs for a failing startup, grow arragula, collect $350 unemployment, like the rest of us?! What’s with this pseudo aristocracy in a supposedly egalitarian land? Sorry, I won’t buy your ghostwritten, plagiaristic memoirs!

You’re a great comedian. Wanna enlighten us on what made him so good?

Ahhhh, no! GWB had many positives about his presidency but this was not one of them. Way too much spending although the Dems are the masters at it.

“The ex-President told C-SPAN he has no plans to raise cash, stump for Republican candidates and even appear on television.”

Sure, why not? The government is still in the hands of a globalist.

Former President Obama might actually be able to do more harm than Former President Carter, and he’s probably going to have more time to do it.

I am convinced that when Obama leaves office (I pray he gets his walking papers next November) he will drop any pretenses forced on him by his handlers and the hate will spew forth without reservation. Think Louis Farrakhan with a national platform. Carter will seem like the perfect gentleman in comparison.

And Michelle might be even worse.

that’s very selfish of him. He owes that to the party, I’m sorry, but that’s how the game is played. Ex presidents bring in the big bucks.

I’m sure he’ll never be thanked or credited adequately for all he did for Texas and the U.S., but the Bush name is politically toxic for the next generation or so and it would be better to have him blend into the woodwork for now.

I guess this means his book sales have hit the crapper.

It might be nice every now and again for him to pop out and ask, “remember what 5% unemployment was like during my presidency?”
