Sacramento’s ABC News 10 reported on the union rally and Tea Party counter rally in Sacramento today. ABC’s online report makes cursory mention of an incident of union violence directed at a Tea Party activist: “Police cited one man for battery after he allegedly shoved a tea party supporter.”
Thugs....
Agreed. I’ve been on the receiving end of physical violence and I know from experience a controlled response is not only possible but necessary to the end game. The left wants us to react in kind. The manipulators at the top of the pyramid are counting on it. However it stings our pride to do so, we must continue to disappoint our provokers while we continue to regain and consolidate political power, which we are doing. It is the best path.

You let Rodney know he’s not only willing to hold his ground, he was smart about self-control. Had the punk charged another, he might of ate that bullhorn, and I’m not sure that’s what we want.

From talking to Rodney, it was a Citizens Arrest. Not totally sure, but I think that means he can be released by the police with a summons to appear. The rest will be sorted out in the courts.
What happened with the suit? Did it cost you any money at all, for anything?

a former freeper gal was a private detective, she cornered me in my parkng lot, insisted she was just driving by when I had just walked out of my apt building, started asking me quesitons about the case...I told ehr the truth, that we had video of the event, caught the guy making what we believed were deliberate false statements under oath, ( he was previously convicted for perjury in a trial)
I also contacted the fire department of New Haven, asked them if they had any witnesses in the crowd
within 3 days of those events, he insisted on dropping the suit
The legal fees were over $14K

The worst part of all of this is that the MSM will do NOTHING to report this. but they try to create fear about the TEA party and make anyone associated with it as a violent person.
