There is a chain of command in legislative leadership hierarchies, and all things are possible.

There are all kinds of possibilities here. Maybe she likes rough men who speak dirty and don't shower regularly ~ or, maybe she's going to come to the floor armed and dispose of him herself ~ or, maybe he's not safe on the streets and doesn't know yet ~ or, this is such a common thing with this would be thug NO ONE CARES.

Most likely the woman has not consulted with any of us ~ which means we don't know what is going to happen.

Still, legislative bodies have roughly the same basic rule ~ The King stays out unless he's invited in by the legislative body's leadership.
