That is a short term CR. The agreement also includes final passage of the 2011 Budget by Thursday, but it will take some days to draft the bill.

Funny. I was thinking the same thing. what they were haggling over is chump change. The amount of 30 or 60 is irrelevant. They should have been discussing 300B vs 600B. At some point this Congress or future congresses WILL have to deal with spending. I just don't think we have the right team to stand together and fight this right so how this ended up was fairly predictable.
We need new management in the Republican party and need to replace Boehner.
