Hawaii Desperately Chasing Escaped Horse
Hawaii government officials are desperately trying to give Obama an excuse for not disclosing his long-form birth certificate for the past 2+ years. What they accomplished, instead, is to prove in full view of everyone that they are willing to violate their laws in order to try to silence the growing questions about what he is really hiding and why.

The story is shifting. “What you’ve seen is all we have.” “Nobody can get the long form.” “Nobody can get the long form... as of this week.” “There’s some document that is the long form and we’ve seen it — trust us!”

Hawaii is covering up for Obama. What’s in the long form that’s so damaging to Obama? Don’t the American people deserve to know?
Obama’s carefully MSM-created persona is being torn apart by Donald Trump. Everything about Zero is a lie. He was post-racial... he’s been the most divisive president ever. He was all about new government and power to the people ... he’s governed Soviet-style centralizing power in Washington.
Keep hitting Obama’s birth, childhood, and school records. THIS is the issue that’ll topple Obama into the 30s approval rating.
It’s also a litmus test for any Republican candidate. If they aren’t willing to question Obama on simple issues like this, they are in the tank and have no balls. No way they’ll ever beat Obama. Go straight after the guy where he’s weakest and make him cough up the long form. Then make him at HEARINGS IN CONGRESS reveal why he’s using false social security numbers.

Everybody who wants to run for President should have to prove they meet the Constitutional requirements, regardless of party.

I complete agree. If Trump ends up being the only candidate with the backbone to make Obama’s past an issue then I predict he’ll run away with the nomination.

“During a CNN interview Lou Dobbs was told by Obama supporter Roland Martin eight years ago Hawaii destroyed Barack Obama’s long form birth certificate.”
But then Joe Klein, CNN President kindly clarified all that with this (Hawaii has gone “PAPERLESS”):
CNN President Joe Klein has reportedly sent emails to staff members of CNN’s highest rated show, The Lou Dobbs Show, telling them, “this story is dead,” referring to the questions that continue to plague President Obama regarding his failure to produce a valid birth certificate. The email came just days after Lou Dobbs held a segment on the issue.
But what has been missed in coverage of Klein’s email is the explaination he gives as to why this story is “dead”. In the email he writes:
[Klein] asked researchers to dig into the question of why Obama couldn’t produce the original birth certificate. The researchers contacted the Hawaii Health Dept. and confirmed that paper documents were discarded in 2001 when the department went paperless. That reportedly includes Pres. Obama’s original birth certificate.
What do these idiots plan on providing when a person makes application for a driver’s license, or any of a myriad of things a birth certificate is required for, or a potential LEO or government agency demands the long form to provide proof of or verify citizenship or identity?

One of O’Reilly’s ‘talking points’ in his Obama defense a few days ago was that Hawaii does not give out a long form birth certificate to anybody. BOR claims that he ‘called Hawaii the day before and they confirmed that.’

Are the citizens of Hawaii going to let their daily routine of life of ordering their own records for passports, driver’s licenses, collega registration, etc. be disrupted and harmed by this obvious cover up?

If enough states pass Arizona’s bill, that could very well be the outcome if Hawaii’s government continued it’s thick-headed obstruction.
The Administrative Rules say that the request needs to be in writing, and in order for there to be no question of what exactly is requested it would probably be good to request the whole thing - including the confidential medical portion. The rules use very clear language there, saying that part won’t be released unless specifically requested by someone named on the birth certificate. So a judge would have to totally contradict what is written in order to say that access is forbidden.
Anybody mailing in a request should make sure you mail it with delivery confirmation. Speaking from experience, if you don’t have proof that they got your request they will ignore it forever. Here is what the Administrative Rules say specifically about requesting copies:
“Application for Copies of Vital Records
A. Applications for a copy of a vital record must be made in writing. The applications shall contain the name, address and usual signature of the applicants and must establish their right as provided herein to the information shown on the certificate. As deemed necessary, the Director may require sufficient proof, including but not limited to sworn statements from the applicants, to establish such right.
B. An application must contain sufficient information about the person or event in question to enable a reasonable search of the files to be made. Priority will be given to requests with names, dates and places of event. The state or local registrar may reject any application which is so vague or incomplete that a reasonable search cannot be made.
C. Telephone, telegraphic or verbal requests for certified copies of vital records will not be permitted except when the requestor is known to a staff member of the office. Such requests must be confirmed in writing.”
