Another candidate has entered the Republican presidential field. Former Godfather's Pizza CEO Herman Cain announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination in his home town of Atlanta, Georgia today. Instead of announcing via social networking websites, Cain, currently a talk radio host, made his announcement at a rally in Centennial Olympic Park.
On his website, Cain writes, "The biggest barrier to solving many of our national problems is lack of leadership."

Ha, the last call on C-SPAN was from a Democrat who said he’s switching from Obama to Cain. Funny how the first call C-SPAN took was from a Dem, and so was the last call, only it was a Dem saying he supports Cain, lol.
FYI - Herman Cain will be on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace tomorrow.

I watched the whole thing on C-Span. From the beginning to the end of Hermans’ speech. I was excited. I was enthralled. I was in awe. I was captivated.
At one point, when the man started in on the entitlement mentality in this nation, my 15 y/o stepdaughter sitting at my side asked me, “Why are you crying?” I was not aware that I was crying.
The man simply showed everyone in attendance and everyone watching on TV what has happened...no; what we have ALLOWED to happen to our nation. I got misty over that and at the end, over REAL hope and REAL change, my God it was like watching Reagan with a dark tan, GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!

Fox News estimated the crowd to be at 2000 but I heard HC say 15000. Did he mean to say 1500???
After today’s speech look for the libs and RINO’s to tear thru Cain’s personal life much like they did to Palin in Alaska. I believe Cain just started a fire they can’t put out.
The biggest is that he's not Palin.
